《道德经》第81章：英语学习全面导读

Legge经典版：The sage does not accumulate (for himself). The more that he expends for others, the more does he possess of his own; the more that he gives to others, the more does he have himself.
Mitchell现代版：The sage has no possessions. The more he does for others, the more he has. The more he gives to others, the greater his abundance.
日常口语版：A wise person doesn’t hoard stuff for themselves. The more they give to others, the more they end up having. The more they help people out, the richer their own life becomes.

现代白话意译：天道利万物而不害，圣人之道有所作为而不争。
Legge经典版：With all the sharpness of the Way of Heaven, it injures not; with all the doing in the way of the sage he does not strive.
Mitchell现代版：The Tao of heaven benefits and does not harm; the Tao of the sage acts and does not contend.
日常口语版：That’s how nature works: it benefits everything without causing harm. And that’s how a truly wise person lives: they get things done without competing or fighting for credit.
