The Wenchuan Earthquake
On May 12th, 2008, a terrible magnitude 8.0 earthquake struck Wenchuan, Sichuan Province. It was one of the most serious disasters in China's history.
The huge quake caused many houses to fall down and destroyed people's homes. Tens of thousands lost their lives or were badly injured, leaving many families in deep sorrow.
Immediately, soldiers and rescue teams rushed there to save lives. People from all over the country donated money and supplies to help them rebuild their homes.
My Fashion Attitude
Different people hold different views on fashion. In my opinion, fashion is not just about wearing expensive clothes. I think comfort and being myself are the most important things.
I prefer simple and casual clothes like T-shirts and jeans, which make me feel relaxed and confident. Of course, it is good to follow some trends, but we shouldn't spend too much money or time on them.
In a word, my fashion attitude is to be comfortable and be myself. There is no need for me to dress up just to please others. True beauty comes from the inside.
